Outstanding Youth Award

| This award recognizes any youth 5-20 in Western Steuben County who has performed service to their families, school, church, or community, that is above and beyond the ordinary. They know how to place others above themselves.
Winners are selected by a committee of community representatives. Six winners are chosen each year. Nominators can be family, friends, or teachers.
