Youth and family counseling services are available to Western Steuben County residents free of charge.  The agency is licensed by New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services for prevention counseling.  Counselors are available to meet students on site, or in Western Steuben County school districts.

Youth may contact our counselor by filling out their own Counseling referral form.  Counseling is confidential and free of charge.
